Content Removal Requests

Developers, publishers and authorized rights holders can ask us to correct attribution, update a game link or remove a game and its related guide.

What to send

Email [email protected] with the H5Game.Life page URL, the game title, the requested action, and a way to verify your relationship to the work. If the issue concerns a specific asset or statement, identify it precisely so we can act without removing unrelated material.

What happens next

We acknowledge complete requests, check the affected catalog record and contact the distributor when necessary. A valid request may result in corrected credit, a disabled player, removal of the guide, or removal of both the game and guide. Urgent security or privacy issues should be marked as urgent in the email subject.

Copyright notices

A copyright notice should identify the protected work, the material claimed to infringe, the sender's contact information, a good-faith statement, and confirmation that the sender is authorized to act for the rights holder. A typed signature is acceptable for email submissions.

Other reports

Broken games, misleading descriptions and unsafe redirects can be reported through the same address. Include the page URL, device or browser, approximate time and a short description of what happened.
